What is rendang?
Is one of the most favorite dish in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. It is NOT CURRY! It is made with a concoction of toasted coconut, coconut milk and spices, simmered down into a thick sauce. It is usually simmered with beef or chicken. Always a classic and the dish that hits the ‘spot’’.
Satay By The Bay SF is doing rendang burger, 2 beef patties on a bun, with raw onions and home made sauce by ME! If you have tasted my rendang before, you will know what you’re in for!
