Sambal Belacan is a Singaporean/Malaysian-style hot sauce with toasted fermented shrimp paste, fresh chili, lime, salt and sugar.
It is usually served with jasmine rice, congee or with any Malay dishes to give it fiery, funky but yummy sensation!
