Here’s a #tbt pic – 2004, East Coast Park, 2:30am. David, along with Elly’s dad watching @haronsatay55 satay men prepare their late-night snack. For many years, it was our tradition to race over there once our plane landed in SG.
We’d usually order 80 skewers for the family, along with ketupat, cucumber, and peanut sauce. It would take at least 45 minutes to prepare, then it’d all be gone in 10 minutes. That’s how we roll…
We can’t wait to return in June!
