Remember folks – When you dine out, it is perfectly acceptable to tell the server “I’ll have one of everything.” We did just that last week at @restoransederhana in Batam, Indonesia.
Actually, it’s a Pandang restaurant, where the servers place a variety of small plates on your table, and you choose the ones you’d like to eat. Kind of like a buffet, but even more dangerous. Most of these plates stayed with us…
Anyway, we are closed today, but it doesn’t mean we have the day off. Will be preparing for the weekend, and also making an emergency repair to our deep fryer, which decided to stop working mid-shift last night (UGGGH!!!).
